Moraiolo / Monocultivar
Moraiolo is one of the most famous and loved types of olives, and it is widespread in central Italy. From these olives, we get one of the best oils on the entire Italian peninsula. The extra virgin oil derived from this cultivar has a high content of polyphenols (substances that are beneficial to our health, with potent antioxidant properties that combat free radicals) and is loved for its fruity aroma and the perfect balance between bitter and spicy.
